裏面環境不錯，周邊環境不太好，員工不太友善
位置在舊城區，位置還好，自己都能找到，但附近很多人會虎視眈眈，有時還會騷擾我們，感覺有點恐怖，員工挺冷淡的，而且也沒有幫忙，行李要搬上樓也沒有人幫忙，幫忙叫車明明我們全部人都聽到是60dh，最後確認後卻說是20歐元，幸好可以取消。叫了機場接送我們班機遲了，到達機場沒有見到司機聯絡酒店卻沒有回應，我們等了差不多一小時後自行回酒店，到達酒店也沒有跟我們說一下好像沒事發生，但到最後一天卻說要收我們錢，我們跟他們理論後就付了一半的價錢，感覺很差，過程完全沒有與我們溝通。酒店裏面環境還是不錯的，到市集大概要走15到20分鐘

If you are doubtful of staying here: let me tell you, throw that doubt out of a window. I definitely enjoyed my stay, the staff, the hotel, room, comfort, tea, breakfast and the peace and quiet we felt. The location is perfect, about a 3-5 minute walk from main roads, which makes it quiet and lot less people. I felt safe, and cared for by the staff. The room was nicely decorated, spacious bathroom, plenty of outlets to charge devices, AC unit, small but cut swimming pool, and it even has a small rooftop equipped with sunbathing chairs, tables etc…

Todo bien. La habitación amplia, ventilada y bonita. El personal fue muy amable. La piscina es chica y no parecía que el sistema de recirculación estuviese funcionando muy bien, pero tampoco nos dio tiempo de probarla.

La ubicación difícil para encontrar, camino que da miedo. Había hoyos cavados sobre los cuales había tablas sobre las que teníamos que caminar. Los anfitriones amables hasta que te traen cosas sin pedir y luego te cobran. He pedido que llamen a un taxi y me cobraron doble. Han intentado a cobrarme las tasas turísticas y municipales doble. La habitación es pequeña y no hay frigorífico. No volvería ni recomendaría este riad.

This Riad was difficult to find. The spa services that are offered are not on site. They taxi you to another riad if you want a treatment. Unfortunately, the taxi that dropped me on the way back didnt take me close to the riad and I got lost trying to find my way back. The food was just ok.

I booked a four night stay at Le Riad Jardin Des Rêves. Unfortunately my stay was not as pleasant as I would thought it would be. The hotel day manager was confrontational and on the last day of our stay the housekeeping staff did not tidy our room or provide us with clean towels…an unpleasant end of my otherwise lovely visit to Morocco.

Amazing stay! First of all it was a bit tricky to find, and down a very tucked away alleyway, but once we arrived the hosts were extremely attentive and helpful. They put together a beautiful meal for us next to the pool and really looked after us. Rooms are fairly basic but perfect if you’re getting out and about doing lots of sightseeing - it’s perfectly located for being in the middle of town!

Personnel au petit soin, très bon séjour dans ce riad. Assez difficile à trouver, ne pas se décourager … Petit déjeuner changeant tous les jours selon dada. La chambre faite tous les jours, changement de serviettes, petit pijama plié sur le lit si vous l’oublier en boule dans le lit…! Avec ma copine on s’est senti très bien et nous avons dîner deux fois, vous pouvez demander ce que vous souhaitez manger, dada cuisine très bien !!!

Excellent Riad
Excellent Riad near the city center. Very good breakfast and dinner served at the riad (did not try the lunch, but undoubtedly it is very good as well). Friendly staff always willing to assist. Calm and quiet ambience and a perfect place to take refuge from the Marrakech heat. Highly recommended!

Decent hotel for a weekend getaway in Marrakech. Close to most attractions. They allowed us to check in early at like 10:30am. We got there super early and I didn’t wanna wait. However, shower pressure could improve.

Wifi did not work in our room on the terrace. Wifi did work when we were in the common area. Room was tight and small. Water not provided in room, even though tap water is not drinkable. No door to close off toilet. It was just behind a partition. Restaurant is ok but not that good. The nice thing is the common area which is beautiful decorated, has a pool of water and is peaceful. The lady who was running the hotel was nice and helpful.

Lovely riad in the Medina
The riad was really comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Abdel, who helped with arranging taxis, hammam visits and being genrally helpful. The breakfast was lovely and I found the rooftop patio to be really nice to relax in.

Nous avons réserver un Riad pour le charme de l’authentique.. notre première impression était juste parfaite avec un accueil chaleureux de Karim aimable, souriant et aux petits soins…une personne exceptionnelle cependant celui qu’il l’a remplacé pour notre seconde nuit était à peine aimable nous lui avons gentiment demandé si quelqu’un était présent toute la nuit car nous avions réservés un restaurant et une soirée avec des amis ce à quoi il nous a répondu Ouii nous sommes rentrés à 2h00 nous avons dû sonner car personne n’ouvrait et il nous as ouvert en nous parlant comme à des enfants ce qui fut déplacé de plus nous avions réservé avec petit déjeuner notre vol étant très tôt nous lui avons demandé si nous pouvions avoir un petit café et un encas et il nous a répondu un non sec et froid… Nous avons quand même payer mais bon

Beautiful riad with great staff
Had a wonderful stay at Riad Jardin Des Rêves! Great accomodation in a beautiful riad with a cozy roof terrace. The staff was really nice and helpful, especially Abdel. Breakfast was delicious and the staff would even serve my breakfast earlier than usually set when I had to leave the riad early. I would also recommend eating dinner at the riad, as it was also delicious and had a great price-performance ratio. The bed was comfortable and I loved the style of the bathroom. Location is great, in the middle of the old medina, it‘s just not easy to find the riad for the first time. All in all, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend staying there.

Adel and Kareem were wonderful hosts. The stay was comfortable and felt safe. The water pressure is a bit low and the AC is not the best but overall a great stay. The food was also good. We would stay again
