The hotel was well kept and the rooms were clean. But the real difference was the staff, everyone I met was very helpful and kind, gave me a great welcome! From those at the first desk, Anas and his colleagues, to the doorman . I really appreciate Youness helping me get a taxi for the first time in Morocco. Oussama was lovely every morning, made sure my coffee was just how I like it and took good care to make sure I was ok. Hamza was very kind and friendly, a lovely young man. Overall a great stay at the NearYo hotel. One small caveat, the hotel is not within reasonable walking distance of the Medina, but it’s on the main road, so easy to get the Medina without needing to take side roads.

had a wonderful stay and was truly impressed by the outstanding service from the entire hotel staff. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. A special thank you to bartender Mohammed, who provided exceptional service. He was friendly, professional, and made every visit to the bar enjoyable with his great attitude and excellent drink recommendations. His warm hospitality really stood out and added a personal touch to my experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent customer service and a memorable stay. I'll definitely be back!

We had an incredible stay. The staff is some of the friendliest people i have ever encountered. Totally amazing. The breakfast was delicious and the choices changed every day. The coffee was top notch. The pool was super nice with comfortable sun lounges . Everything was very clean. Our room was cleaned too perfection every day. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located within Marrakesh. Without traffic, only about 15 minutes from the airport. Staff is very helpful. Room was spacious and clean. We ordered room service (which was wonderful). Would highly recommend staying here.

Affordable, new, clean, beautiful, comfortable and amazing service. The rooftop terrace and pool are superb and a nice break from the busy city. The staff was super friendly and we even got a free upgrade for the room. We stayed for 2 different nights before days with a lot of transportation, and the calm allowed us to reset before leaving. It’s a bit further from the Medina by taxi, but all the advantages make it worth the while.

From the moment we stepped into this hotel, we knew we had made the right choice. Having travelled to Marrakech 10 times over the years, staying at riads, hotels, villas and apartments, this hotel is our best stay so far. We were helped immediately with our luggage on arrival. Welcomed warmly with a delicious, cold fruit drink and had our room upgraded by the very helpful Samira on the front desk. Despite the hotel listing saying there is no lift, there are 2 lifts on the property and it very easy to navigate with a pram, wheelchair or buggy. We booked 2 comfort rooms and were upgraded to deluxe suites on arrival, and earlier than check-in time. The space was massive, elegant and practical, with 2 smart TVs so you can log into your Netflix, Prime or Disney+. They made the sofa into one bed and added a second bed for my 3 kids. The rooftop pool was superb. Enough sun loungers and free pool towels. Omar at the pool bar was friendly and helpful. You can order mocktails or nonalcoholic drinks from the pool bar, as well as food. Menus can be found on their website. Relaxing massage by Iman at spa. Excellent breakfast. Quality, variety and nutritious. Location is further out of town but you can advance book a taxi via the hotel, use uber or try and grab a taxi from outside. Massive Marjaane hypermarket only 5 mins walk away. Street opposite has lots of eateries round the corner. Next to hotel is a gym,indoor pool and spa with ladies and men's only facilities, you can buy a pass.

O hotel é excelente, os funcionarios são muito educados e gentis, prestativos e amorosos. O nosso quarto era enorme, muito confortavel. O unico problema é que a água quente não estava funcionando no nosso quarto, mas temos certeza que isto foi algo pontual e facil de se resolver. Adoramos o hotel e recomendamos a todos.
