Self contained apartments serviced regularly. 24 hour reception. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location for exploring Marrakech, close to railway station and many excursions available. A great place to stay. Will be going back

Basic but comfortable. They keep it simple with their filling breakfast. Rooms were made up every day. Though we had an apartment there was little space for a week's worth of clothes, but is ideal for a short stay. Location is perfect, being in the newer part of the city with a short walk to the old (Medina) area. Very good value on the whole.

Desayuno muy básico,nada que ver con los ricos desayunos que suelen poner los riads. No es ni de lejos cuatro estrellas, como aparece en algún sitio. Al menos basándonos en los estándares europeos. La cocina y cubiertos tampoco estaban limpios. A favor, el agua caliente funciona bien y el ascensor, también, así como el personal de recepción.

personnel adorable

le personnel est vraiment adorable, charmant et attentionné l'hôtel est situé dans.un quartier très animé La chambre très spacieuse mais très défraîchi l'ensemble mériterait un bon coup de peinture et de mise aux normes électriques. Concernant la piscine elle a le mérite d'être là mais impossible de se baigner au vu de la couleur de l'eau. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux.

Devenu moyen cet établissement pendant et après tremblement de terre en dessous de tout ont s est trouve dans la rue sans aides même pas un verre d eau livre à nous meme.a 5heure du matin ont a pris l initiative de remonté dans la chambre pour essayé de dormir mais des craquements bizarres dans la chambre,nous avons fais nos bagages et sommes descendu dans le Hall pour attendre le matin et quitte l hôtel sans remboursement de la semaine restante,. Évite cet établissement.

La surface de l Appart-Hotel est très bien. Par contre l ensemble est assez vieillot, 1 plaque, 1 frigo et des couverts= équipement minimal. L’as irisation géographique : à 30 min à pied de la place jama el fna, 5/7€ de taxi. Piscine vieillotte et froide. Attention à l emplacement proche d une mosquée (on peut être réveillé en pleine nuit pour l appel à la priere !)

Établissement très bien situé, le petit déjeuner est ok la chambre est correct, la qualité du wifi est top, le nettoyage est quotidien, le personnel est a l'écoute et serviable, seul point négatif anecdotique la piscine est glacial.. (il faudrait la chauffé) je recommande fortement l'hôtel bon rapport qualité prix pour un séjour à Marrakech.

Over all, the stay at the hotel was good. Quite place at night, spacious and cosy. The availability of certain utensils to prepare some simple and easy snacks and a mini bar is also available, which is great.

A l’arrivée le réceptionniste me dis qu’il ne trouve pas la réservation et veut me faire payer le double donc obligé de hausser le ton est il retrouve ma réservation par magie!!! État de la chambre poussiéreux ne donne pas envie de se coucher ds le lit vieilles couvertures mobilier vieux ultra bruyant de jour comme de nuit et biensur la piscine est inexistante!!! A fuir même si bien placé

Good location, quick check in. However, one of the bedroom lights were not working. I asked the front desk staff but after making the adjustments only one of the lights on the headboard was working. Also when i read the description, it says the rooms are equipped with a kitchen. To my surprise youre not even allowed to do real cooking except fry an egg. That's not much of a kitchen. Bteakfast is also the same everyday. Moroccan food is great so i expect them to have some variety. Lastly when you take a shower the shower room becomes flooded. Fix this poor drainage. I know this isnt a 5-star hotel, but my complaints are so basic even a 2-star hotel can easily do it.
