Ibrahim from the staff was very kind and helpful, he even arranged the transport from the airport, picked us up at 6am and the communication was easy all the time. The riad was extremely clean and the breakfast delicious.

What a wonderful experience one that my mom and I will cherish. The Riad was very clean,comfortable and walking distance to practically every thing. Very safe even late at night, a little tricky at first, we got lost a few times but Ibrahim was so gracious always answered my calls and came to get us :) He is a gem! Thank you so much Ibrahim for your patience and kindness. Definitely would recommend staying at the Riad Azrur with no hesitation.

Lovely place to stay. Clean and comfortable. The mint tea & biscuits on arrival were very welcome, and breakfasts were good. Very handy location. Ibrahim was exceptionally helpful with every aspect of our stay. He was always available for advice & our trip was made so much easier because of all his assistance.

The rooms were amazing. The position of the hotel is perfect, very close to all areas of interest. We had the best stay at Riad Azura! Our room was super clean and charming. The bed was incredibly comfortable especially having finished a trip to Merzouga. Above all, Ibrahim was an absolutely the highlight of the stay. He is friendly and made sure to make us feel comfortable. He was kind enough to let us stay in the Riad until our flight late at night. Our room was wonderful with an excellent bath and great AC. Bed was very comfortable and the main courtyard was serene with its fountain and singing birds. Ibrahim was an excellent host and arranged an alternative excursion when our other supplier fell through. He also coordinated taxis and laundry for us I would highly recommend Riad Azrur to anyone visiting Marrakech.

We wanted to get a more local feel to our four night trip to Marrakesh, so opted to stay in a riad rather than a hotel. We are pleased that we chose the Riad Azrur for our stay. Ibrahim, who manages the riad on a day to day basis was a great host and a source of information. Ibrahim helped us download and install the Maps.me app which has offline maps of Marrakesh. The riad isn't accessible to cars. We were in the room Bab Aylan. The room is en-suite and the bedroom is air conditioned. There is a safe in the room for your personal belongings. There's no TV in the bedroom, but there is one available in the common area off the courtyard. The bedroom window faced the wall on the other side of the alley, but let in enough light and didn't feel obtrusive. The one downside was that the shower would run hot and cold, but wasn't a problem once you got used to it. The private roof terrace has 4 sunbeds and two seating areas and an outdoor shower. Also on this floor is a massage room and indoor toilet and shower. The riad was within 30 minutes walk of all the major sights, many of which required walking through the souks (so the mapping app proved essential to avoid getting lost and worked very well offline). Ibrahim arranged for our transport back to the airport and it was nice of him to also send us a message after we got home, hoping we had a safe trip. I highly recommend this riad for a relaxing home from home experience.
