Nice Riad in Good Location

The hosts were very helpful, especially when giving advice on sights to see and how to get taxis. Trips could also be arranged through them. Rooms were cleaned every day to a high standard and the breakfast every morning was very tasty! Very convenient location too.

Great Stay

Great Riad with great staff on site to help with any questions . That you may have, The room was clean, had everything that we needed. The Riad set up taxis to meet us and guide us there I would recommend this service and we paid them direct to arrange. Breakfast was lovely and always came with a little update on the day

The staff were incredibly friendly which made our stay so much more comfortable! The room was lovely and cool which was well needed from the afternoon heat. This property is situated extremely close to the souk but manages to be in a quiet corner so you can still get a great sleep. I’d easily recommend this Riad for anyone seeking a more authentic experience compared to going to a regular hotel.

I was the first guest to stay in a newly renovated room. The accommodations, especially the tile bathroom, were very beautiful! This hotel is not accessible by car and was hard to find. The hotel staff sent me their Google location and I found it. It is within the square and EXTREMELY quiet. I slept very well and would definitely stay there again! The staff were very friendly and concerned about meeting my needs.

Hôtes Très accueillants, très ouverts et serviables et surtout très gentils et adorables avec les enfants ! Tout le confort nécessaire... Proche de la place jamel El fna, ou vous pouvez acheter de tout ! Très bien situé vous n’avez pas besoin de prendre le taxis tous les jours. Je recommande a 300% et si je dois retourner dans la médina je reviendrai là-bas ! Le petit bonus avec la tortue qui vit sur la terrasse, ils ont laissés ma fille la baptiser Arthur ! Merci pour tout !

Good value traditional hotel in old town

Old fashioned hotel in the old town. Would have been hard to find the first time but used their shuttle from the airport. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

El riad no se encuentra facil, está en un callejón y solo pone el nombre en pequeño en la puerta. Las habitaciones están pegadas al pario interior y el ruido de la gente se escucha mucho. Las cocineras muy simpáticas y amables, pero los hombres que estaban en la recepción cero esfuerzo en todo, como si la cosa no fuera con ellos.

I booked this Riad for my parents who have come to Morocco for the first time. They really enjoyed the service and the location of the Riad, perfectly situated hidden gem. On arrival we were greeted by Kamal who is the main staff who takes care of everything and he was very nice, welcoming and warm hearted. He was very courteous towards y parents, carried their luggage up to their room and even offered them a free upgrade to the best room available on arrival!! He made fresh eggs for my parents and brought them some fresh brown bread from the bakery as my father doesn't eat white bread due to intolerance. Overall fantastic service! Very well priced Great location Lots of shops and local merchants Very clean and tidy spacious room with jacuzzi!

Overboeking

Toen we aankwamen in de riad kregen we ineens te horen dat we niet in de suite terecht konden die we hadden geboekt. We moesten naar een andere riad. Toen we daar aankwamen kregen we een kleine kamer zonder bad (voor het bad hadden we de suite geboekt). Volgens de manager was dit precies dezelfde kamer. Kortom wij zouden hier nooit meer boeken!

Nice hotel close to market square

Lovely riad close to market square and in walking distance of restaurants and cafe, if you fancy a drink you will have to search around, the riad did offer wine which they can get for you on the same day when you ask as do not keep it there, the air con is very much needed after a long day, the breakfast is nothing exciting and would advise not going bed and breakfast as there are plenty of cheap café round the corner with great views over the square where you can people watch while soaking in the culture. I used trip advisor to book my excursion as it was cheaper then what the riad quoted. The riad was not that easy to find as down a small back Street but once you get your bearings it was easy enough to find. The staff are very friendly and helpful, at 6 o clock there is a quarter prayer and the riad is very close to one of the speakers and certainly wakes you up every morning, just some quick advice about Marrakech, stay away from the henna ladies and keep walking and don't ask for directions off the locals round the square as will expect money and normally take you where you don't want to go so always speak with more trusted people who work in the café and restaurants and Google maps is very useful in finding restaurants as you may find yourself walking down small walkways thinking to yourself..is this the right way..we stopped 7 nights.. would of made it a weekend break and if was to go back again would love to stop all inclusive,

Riad bonito en el corazón de la medina, buena ubicación aunque difícil de llegar la primera vez, por estar en plena medina, personal de gran calidad que intentan brindar la mejor estancia, no hablan español, habitación sin aire acondicionado.

Riad laissé à l abandons, beaucoup de prestation non respecter, souvent seules dans le riad aucuns personnel et ni clients nous étions les seules... le petit déjeuner était inclus jamais proposer par le personnel le dernier jour ménage non fait un spa horrible bref je ne recommande pas !!!!

Tolles Hotel in super Lage

Das Hotel liegt günstig in der Altstadt. Bis zum grossen Platz sind es nur 5 Minuten. Alle Angestellten im Hotel versuchen einem jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen und sind bei allem behilflich. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr familiär, da das Hotel nur 5 Zimmer hat und so der Gast im Mittelpunkt steht. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Das Personal ist überragend freundlich und engagiert, auf Wünsche wird sofort eingegangen. Leider ist die Zimmerausstattung verbesserungswürdig. Die Wasserzufuhr in der Dusche musste durch eine Reparatur sicher gestellt werden, daher wechselten wir das Zimmer. Es fehlen Aufhängungsmöglichkeiten für Kleidung, etc. Das Hamam war nicht in Betrieb, dafür wurde uns allerdings sehr hilfsbereit ein externer Hamam-Aufenthalt gebucht (kostenpflichtig). Das Frühstück ist lecker, besteht als marrokanisches Frühstück im Wesentlichen allerdings nur aus Brot/Croissants und Marmelade und Tee/Kaffee - das muss gefallen. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll gestaltet, Betten sind sehr gemütlich (nicht zu weich) und hübsch wie 1000&1 Nacht dekoriert.

Hartelijke, gastvrije smaakvolle ingerichte Riad

We zijn met ons gezin heel persoonlijk en hartelijk ontvangen door Mirjam. Een vlotte, goed Frans en Engels sprekende vrouw die heel professioneel , ook al heeft ze geen hotel- maar een designersachtergrond , het sprookjesachtige hotel ( tijdelijk) runde. Rozenblaadjes op bed, lounch hemelbed op het dak, feestmenu ter ere van 30jarige huwelijksdag , taxi / treintickets , oplossing verbindingsproblemen : alles snel en attent .
