Vorausbezahlte Buchung "lag nicht vor"

Buchung und Vorauszahlung angeblich nie erhalten. Zusammenarbeit mit Expedia usw. schon vor langer Zeit beendet. Es sei auch nicht das erste Mal, dass Reisende mit einer vorausbezahlten Buchung dort ankamen und die Buchung "lag nicht vor". Unbedingt vermeiden!

Almost ruined our trip.

I would never stay here again. At check-in, we were told that they did not want to honour our booking. They told us that they stopped working with online companies 5 months prior. (Yet they were still listed on hotels.com when we were in the lobby). They told us if we wanted to stay there we had to pay them and then sort it out with hotels.com. We ended up getting a refund with hotels.com. However we have to go through a big argument the hotel. They were not helpful in any way. We ended up staying there anyway and paying them cash. After all of this was sorted out, the man was very polite and friendly with us. He was even quite hospitable.

Good value for money

The place has seen much better days, but the beds were clean and very comfortable. Shared toilet wasn't great and the shower in our room left a lot to be desired. Breakfast on the roof terrace was delicious. Service was brilliant overall. The guy on reception was helpful and friendly.

Le riad était bien situé mais juste il manquait un peu de service et on est tombé malade car y'avait plus de chauffage et le soir il fusait trooop froid !!!

price and proximity out rule cold and dark

The redeeming features were the proximity of the Central Square and the price. Along with that was the very nice hot water although the shower was pretty non-functional. I stayed there for five days because of these three factors. The manager I guess that's who he was would do a few things for me. For example he did change the light bulb even though the dark room couldn't be made any lighter. Internet was off and on but it did work sometimes you had to change and go out into the patio for better reception. The housekeeper would shy away from doing anything. I would empty my own trash they do say that it's limited housekeeping well that's okay. It was definitely safe enough. One feature that they advertise is Heating. And it gets very cold at night so I moved to this place because it advertised Heating. It does have a very old AC unit for air conditioning cool and heat but they called someone to try to figure out what was wrong but no heat was coming out. Then they said maybe tomorrow. Well tomorrow never came and the days went by. Again convenience and price were the features I had to have. As far as kitchen and being able to use the microwave forget that too. There are enough of eating places around but it would have been nice to put some things in the fridge.

Poor value and overpriced for what you get

The room was clean and the bed comfortable however it was badly lit and dingy without any fresh air as the courtyard is roofed over. The WiFi was non-existent on the terrace, poor and intermittent in the room and slow at best in the courtyard. Despite a reservation they didn't seem to be expecting me and it took three attempts to get a room with the booked en-suite and air-con. Even then I had to specifically request the air-con control and a towel. On departure they tried to make me pay again as bookings on "booking.com are not prepaid"; that may account for why they didn't seem to be expecting me two days earlier. They are in a quiet location but just off Djemma el-Fna and easy to find. Despite the location the hotel is poor value for money and I found a better option that was cheaper and included breakfast just down the road.

fijn, het was dichtbij veel bezienswaardigheden

Het fijne aan dit hotel is de omgeving, vlakbjj bezienswaardigheden, vervoer Jemaa el Fna plein en restaurants. Alles is te lopen. Van binnen is het hotel minder. Kleine kamertjes, er was niet altijd warm water. Verder fijn personeel behulpzaam en aardig.

Nous avons eu des difficultés à trouver le Riad car son nom n'était pas affiché à l'extérieur et même si les personnes étaient à notre écoute le confort restait succinct et la salle de bain mériterait un rafraichissement. Le gros avantage de ce Riad est qu'il se situe à 200 m de la place de Marrakech et le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse est agréable.

Lieu à éviter à tout prix!! Arnaque!

Moi et mon amie avons pris la décision de nous installer dans ce Riad qui semble sur papier tout à fait correct. Cependant nous sommes tombé sur un personnel désagréable, qui laisse l’accueil a des gens qui ne parlent pas un mot d’anglais/français pendant des heures. La meilleure surprise est la chambre! -Moisissures contre les murs -Poussière et saleté omniprésentes -Cheveux dans le lavabo -Pas d’eau chaude -Taches sur la literie -Odeurs nauséabondes -Linges en désintégration Et j’en passe!!!
