I had a great stay at Palais Moulay. The staff was so nice and helpful. Everyone spoke English so I didn't have a problem communicating. The rooms were pretty clean . The bathroom needs to be updated my shower door was broken . The water pressure and temperature was great tho. It was right in the middle of the markets so be prepared to walk through the market to get to the hotel. I only removed one star because of the bathroom and although I got clean sheets daily I'm not sure they vacuumed because I saw something left on the rug for a few days. I liked that alot of foreign people were there and I felt very safe at the hotel. They have great spa services and a restaurant , I only ate one time there . Keep in mind in the Medina there is no alcohol so you have to stay in your room and drink if you do have alcohol and the restaurant at the hotel only serves virgin drinks. All in all my stay was lovely the hotel is beautiful, smelled amazing and clean. I felt safe as a solo traveler .

The staff is sooooooooo amazing. Unfortunately, we had a room that was close to a smoking stand and our room had a gap in the door that made our room fill with smoke. The staff were kind and brought our bags through the Medina. Was easy check in and the Facilites were great. We had tea by the pool almost every night and it felt like an oasis from the hustle.

For us, finding the hotel at first was a bit of a search in the busy life of Marrakech, which we were not used to at all. But once we stepped inside, it felt like entering a true oasis of calm. The hotel is beautiful, well maintained, and very clean, with a peaceful atmosphere that makes you forget the crowds outside. The location is excellent , within short distance of Jemaa el-Fna and also convenient for many excursion pick-up points. What made our stay even better was the staff: incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. We experienced only positives and truly nothing negative. A real recommendation for anyone looking for comfort and tranquility in the heart of Marrakech. We would gladly stay here again!

Vriendelijke ontvangst en onder het genot van een kopje muntthee de formaliteiten afgerond. Daarna de schone kamer betreden. Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en voor ieder wat wils. Het hotel ligt in de Medina, dus je wordt meteen opgeslokt door de typische drukte en bezienswaardigheden. Zeer geschikt voor alleenstaanden, koppels en gezinnen. Een absolute aanrader!

While the public areas of this hotel are aesthetically beautiful, the rooms are very worn out , the beds are extremely uncomfortable and the bathroom was very dingy and smelled bad . My room was on the first floor near the kitchen area , so it was very noisy , I also contracted food poisoning from the food that was served to me ( avocado toast + salad ) and was extremely ill . The luggage man was the only bright spot of this stay , he helped me haul my luggage up to the road and he also coordinated a taxi for me .

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans cet hôtel magnifique et d’un grand raffinement. Chaque détail est pensé avec soin, et le bassin de rafraîchissement (de 1,10 m à 1,60 m de profondeur) est un véritable atout, particulièrement agréable après une journée de visite. L’établissement est d’une propreté irréprochable et offre toutes les commodités nécessaires pour un séjour confortable et serein. Sa situation idéale, en plein cœur de la médina, nous a permis de découvrir un maximum de sites à pied, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus authentique et agréable. Mais au-delà du cadre exceptionnel, c’est surtout l’équipe qui a rendu notre séjour inoubliable. Un immense merci à l’ensemble du personnel, et tout particulièrement à l’accueil et aux bagagistes, qui ont été d’une gentillesse, d’une attention et d’une bienveillance remarquables tout au long de notre séjour envers mes deux filles et moi-même. Nous recommandons cet établissement à 200 % et espérons sincèrement avoir le plaisir d’y séjourner à nouveau lors d’un prochain voyage à Marrakech. Un grand bravo et merci à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel !

Staff are very friendly, great location. Room size is really big but we had some issues with the room, the electricity kept cutting out but they fixed it very quickly every time. Would recommend for them to add a full length mirror and extra lighting in the front room as it’s pretty dark but understandably it’s a Riad. Restaurant has decent food but only downside there’s a cat in the restaurant. Breakfast was ok, I went at 9am and food was already cold. Overall the Road, is very pretty in the reception area and pool area and would recommend due to the staff and location.

What could be improved is the step in and out of bathroom room 126 … too high and dangerous, one traveller slipped and nearly knocked themselves unconscious with fall on marble floor , 2 others slipped badly. Was reported but no satisfactory response Health & safety ????? Apart nice central hotel , pleasant staff , reasonable breakfast and easy access to square & tourist things. Best suited 2-3 night city break stay.
