I recently stayed at the Sofitel and was impressed by the beautiful surroundings — the hotel is clean, stylish, and well-maintained, with lovely interiors that create a luxurious atmosphere.
However, the service didn’t match the setting. While there were plenty of staff around, there seemed to be a lack of communication between them. Requests were often delayed or forgotten, and it felt like no one really knew what was going on. The service was noticeably slow throughout the stay, which took away from the overall experience.
A stunning hotel with great potential, but the management and coordination behind the scenes need serious improvement.
