Last minute booking for a week in the sun, the hotel was lovely very clean and well looked after. The all inclusive option was ok but not the best I have had. The drinks options were limited and the outside bar was not managed as well as it could have been, everyone had to queue and not enough staff available. The bar staff I didn't find friendly at all they were very rude at times. The staff inside the restaurant were great very helpful. The food was good as it was all local dishes which was nice to see instead of the boring English food you normally see. The room was small but it had everything you needed and cleaned very well. I requested a quiet room at check in but was shown to a room next to the bar and outside entertainment area which was not suitable so they kindly found me a quiet area which worked out better for me. The resort is not big but it has a good pool and sports facilities and is away from the main busy areas. They had a bus that took you in and back subject to the times. We did use the Spa but the pool was empty so we had a massage, that was just ok it was a bit rough for me personally and I didn't like the staff waiting outside the room for a tip. It Wasn't a cheap massage. It was a clean, well-looked-after hotel with good facilities and evening entertainment was ok and everything stopped at 11am. Worth a visit if you have children but not sure if I would go back. The resort seems to favor French people better than English which is just my view

Some staff were very polite and considerate, especially the reception staff Yasmine and Sara. The rooms were okay, but the beds were really hard and uncomfortable, the curtain rail was broken and the sofa bed was stained. One room for four people did not feel large enough. The hotel could do with a revamp. There are no lifts in the hotel and the rooms upstairs are not easy to get to. There are a lot of stairs and balconies you need to walk past to get to your room. We got lost several times the first couple of days. The food is very repetitive. We only survived because of the salad bar and fresh pasta options, otherwise it would have been difficult. They have pizza and burgers near the poolside, but there's only so much pizza and burgers you can eat! The hotel is also very remote. Shops are very far and you will need a cab. There's only one swimming pool and a small splash area for smaller children.

The spa was excellent enjoyed several treatments and a swim in the indoor pool. The staff a super friendly and encourage participation in activities or leave you alone which ever is your thing. Access to Marrakech is easy with the shuttle bus. The pool looked amazing sadly we did not have the weather for going in a little cold and wet.
