Possibility of cleaning and daily change of sheets for an additional charge of 300 DH / day.
Rental rules: The arrival time is flexible THE PRICE INCLUDED: The rental of the apartment exclusively (we are not a guest house), security guards, WIFI, linen (sheets) and towels)

PRICE NOT INCLUDED: Meals, drinks, excursions, extras, airport transfers (Possibility on request) MINIMUM RENTAL OF 3 NIGHTS BOOKING CONDITIONS: Check-in: 3 pm Check-out: 1 pm Deposit when of the reservation.
The balance is to be paid before the arrival date according to Airbnb conditions. For last minute bookings (less than one month), the full amount of the rental is requested. A photocopy of passports (for adults) will be requested at check in for security reasons.
The client's passport must match the credit card used for payment. A lease is provided by Airbnb.

GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS

1- Reservation Access to the booked apartment is only possible for people who have received written confirmation of their reservation, and after receipt, within a maximum of fifteen days from the date of confirmation of a confirmed deposit by Airbnb. For bookings sent one month before the arrival date the full rental price is due upon confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation for which the deposit or full payment has not been received.

2- Payment of the balance The payment of the balance will have to be carried out before the date of beginning of stay. Failure to pay the balance due will result in the immediate cancellation of the Rental Terms. The reserved apartment must be occupied bourgeoisly, as a good father. Each Client / Occupant must endeavor to preserve the tranquility of the apartment and to avoid disturbing neighboring apartments. The reserved apartment is rented only as a temporary residence and pleasure, subletting is prohibited. Damages, personal property will be charged at their replacement value. Those buildings at the cost of repair or replacement. Similarly, objects, furniture or equipment, broken or damaged and those whose wear exceeds normal for the duration of the lease, as well as accessories made dirty, will be subject to compensation at real cost. The Customer has the obligation to report, as soon as they are discovered, any incident that occurred in the apartment, its outbuildings and accessories. The Customer can not oppose the visit of the premises, when his representative will make the request. An inventory and contradictory inventory will be established at the beginning and end of stay. The security deposit will be returned on the day of the departure date, minus any sums due by the Customer for expenses or repairs.

Noise disturbance is prohibited after 23h.
