“Outside area was really dirty and mangy scroungy mats of flower pots were full of weeds Just not maintained. Room was okay bed was really noisy cuz they had some kind of plastic bed cover on the bed I guess The shower was horrible to say the least you couldn't move the shower head and we had hardly any pressure and warm water. The place definitely needs a remodel.”

“This is a self-help apartment. It was very expensive. We were afforded no early check in, even though we far in advance notified them that we had a complicated situation. As a result, because we were at an event, could only check in late. Check out is at 10AM, which is an obnoxious, creeping habit of hotels and air b and b's. It does not take six hours to clean a unit. Also, the stay requires a download of an app, but we did not receive check in information (just an email with a broken link) so……

The only complain is probably the bed is kind of aged and too soft such that we all felt a little bit shoulder pain after waked up in the morning. “It’s called the Belmont Hotel on all the travel sites but when you get there, they say through the phone that it’s called Vacasa. This hotel is not open when you peek inside the windows of the hotel and front desk and no one around to assist.
