Apartment located on the first floor of a quiet alley, an ideal retreat for a relaxing holiday.

The unit has two bedrooms: a spacious master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a TV for moments of relaxation, and a second smaller bedroom, perfect for additional guests.

The kitchen-living room is a welcoming and multifunctional space, furnished with a comfortable sofa and a 32-inch smart TV, ideal for entertaining evenings.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare delicious home-made meals. Guests will also find a coffee machine with complimentary pods for a perfect start to the day.

The modern and functional bathroom has a spacious shower and all the essential amenities.

To ensure a carefree stay, the apartment is provided with fresh sheets and towels.

For the safety of guests, inside the apartment there is a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit and a carbon monoxide detector and a gas detector.

The apartment is located just 400 meters from the center, which allows easy access to all the main attractions. The port is within walking distance, offering convenient embarkations to the beautiful Egadi Islands.
