## Space

We have designed this apartment like our own home in Marseille, always favouring comfort, quality and attention to detail for our guests. Our aim is for you to appreciate the heart of the city just as much as we do. You can start your discovery of Marseille with the Passage de Lorette right down the building. Then why not go and have a drink at the Old Port (5min walking distance) ? Or visit the mythical Panier district (2min), the picturesque old town of Marseille ? Or take a stroll around the modern shopping centres « Les Terrasses du Port » and « Docks Village » (7min walking distance) ?

In terms of decoration, we wanted to respect the « Hausmanian » character of the building by favouring elegance, personality and charm, therefore creating a refined and cosy place in the heart of a vibrant city.

This modern and cozy flat is situated on the first floor (no lift) and consists of a living space of 49 sq. m. It includes :
- a bright living-room with a sofa-bed (140cm x 200cm),
- a bedroom with double bed (160cm x 200cm),
- an open, well-equipped kitchen. Amenities includes a kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, hob, fridge,
- a bathroom with bathtub,
- a vacuum cleaner, household products, a hairdryer, a washing machine, ironing equipment, fans,
- WiFi.

→ We also provide bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo

## Neighborhood

The district is really ideal to discover all that Marseille has to give you : the picturesque and trendy Panier, the emblematic and sunny Old Port, the newly rehabilitated Docks but also the Saint Charles train station, Mucem or Major Cathedral are just a few steps away from the flat. Moreover, the tramway and metro just nearby will allow you to go all around the city and even further.
Plenty of good adresses will delight you without going out of the district : Babel Community, La Kahena, Au Coeur du Panier, Ahwash, Emilie’s and the cool kids, the ice-cream maker Vanille Noire, the White Rabbit… For museums, don’t miss the Mucem, but also la Major, le Centre de la Vieille Charité, the Mediterranean archeology museum, le Préau des Acoules…

## Transit

The tramway station Sadi Carnot is 1 min away by foot from the building and the metro station Colbert - Hôtel de la Région is 6 min away.
From the Gare Saint Charles→ 15 min away by foot, 10 min away by transports, 8 min away by car
From the airport → 1h away by transports or 25 min away by car

At your arrival, you will be welcomed by the concierge of Welkeys who will give you keys and will assist you during your stay.

- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€
