Chambre non climatisée, donc avons ouvert les fenêtres. Beaucoup de bruit la nuit, sur la place de l'opéra. Sol penché donc impression destabilisante Pas de volets . Salle de bain très petite, Bonne literie.

Hotel prenotato per tre adulti con tre letti singoli. Ci hanno fatto trovare due letti. Dopo tante discussioni ci hanno adattato un altro letto in una camera strettissima senza aria condizionata. Ci hanno poi portato due ventilatori ma il caldo era insopportabile da sentirsi male. I gestori invece stavano sotto con aria condizionata a tutta forza. Non c'erano armadi perché non c'era spazio e non abbiamo potuto disfare neanche le valige. Non valeva nemmeno mezza stella. Unica nota positiva la posizione centrale.

Le personnel est très charmant et la literie agréable. Petit bémol pour la salle de bain où cela sent l’humidité. Je recommande, toutefois ne pas oublier que vous êtes à Marseille en plein centre du vieux port donc cela est forcément bruyant et c’est normal. Ainsi, cela ne peut pas être reprocher à l’hôtel …

Al contrario di altre recensioni che ho letto, devo dire che la stanza (al primo piano) era molto silenziosa, merito delle finestre evidentemente recenti. La zona è centralissima e vicina a molti ristoranti, bar e locali, la vista sul teatro dell'opera era decisamente un plus. La stanza era molto essenziale, angusta e con un letto matrimoniale alla francese, un piccolo frigo, un mobiletto e i comodini; il bagno minuscolo, dotato di wc, lavandino e doccia. Non c'è aria condizionata ma è stato fornito un ventilatore. Il pavimento era leggermente inclinato. L'unica cosa negativa è che non viene fornita una chiave del portone: siamo rientrati presto la sera ed era aperto, ma la mattina siamo partiti molto presto e abbiamo trovato il portone chiuso e nessun pulsante per aprirlo dall'interno, abbiamo dovuto svegliare il titolare, bussando in reception. Questo non è sicuro, e sarebbe un grosso rischio in caso di emergenza o incendio! Mettete un pulsante di apertura del portone dall'interno!

The room was very nice, has a fridge. The bed was so comfortable.The only issue which we had was air-conditioning which didn't work as they had some technical issue at that time but they provide us with a fan. Staff very friendly and helpful and localisation is right in a center

On est au 3eme étage sans ascenseur avec 2 grosses valises. Télé qui ne fonctionne pas. Cafards trouvé. Pas de prises pour charger. Les 2 sont pour la télé ou le frigo.

This room was much smaller than it looks in the pictures, and there is no AC. It was incredibly hot in the room. The bathroom was also very small.

The hotel is not not ready to receive guests. Renovation is not complete. No air conditioning or even a fan. Expedia says "no elevator - single level property" The no elevator part is true. My room was on what Americans call the 5th floor! The bathroom sink wobbled. There was noise 24/7 between bars, people hanging out talking loudl , garbage trucks, etc. Since there is no a/c closing the window is not an option! Also, the hotel is located in a pedestrian zone with no cars. This should be disclosed in advance. In the middle of a heat wave I could not sleep for 2 days, could not get cool and did not feel well from the heat. I had to leave my large suitcases downstairs in reception. Dragging them up to the room was not possible. On the second night the guest below me smoked (and it wasn't tobacco!) and it came in my window. The wifi is weak and only allowed checking email. I opted to leave asap and not wait for checkout time. This was just about the worst hotel stay ever! I'm so sorry to have to write this but it is simply unfair. The information online is not correct.

Acceuil au top par les proprietaires, sont à l'écoute (ils ont attendu notre retour de concert pour fermer la reception), très conviviale. Proche du vieux port et de toutes ses activités. Encore merci pour le sejour.

The staff was friendly but, there was no AC and they did not have fans for us to uses. We would start sweating the moment we entered the room and it was almost impossible to sleep. They said the ACs were broken because of a maintenance issue with remodeling , the main AC was still working.

We booked this for a one night visit to Marseille and the room was so bad that we ended up leaving at 9pm and not staying. Incredibly stuffy, tiny room with no air con or a fan. Outside the tiny window was another building so no breeze. Noisy neighbours. Booked a double bed and it was a large single, not a double. Would rather have stayed in our car. Owners recently changed and the new ones must be trying to save cost. This place looks like a good cheap option online, but don’t do it. Just pay a bit more for a proper room & bed somewhere else…literally anywhere else.
