Discover this charming 80m² apartment, a true hidden gem in the heart of the Old Port.
This space offers you a unique experience, away from the hustle and bustle, yet just steps away from the lively city atmosphere.
Our home opens onto a private courtyard – a rare feature in this neighborhood – where you can enjoy absolute calm. Although it doesn’t offer a view, this intimate spot is perfect for relaxing in peace.
The building is ideally located facing Marseille’s Old Port. As soon as you step outside, you’ll enjoy a stunning view of the sea and boats, right in the center of the city’s vibrant life.
Inside, you’ll find:
2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and shower, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.
A separate WC in the hallway.
A modern, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, stovetop, quality tableware, dishwasher, and a bean-to-cup coffee machine so you can enjoy freshly ground coffee every morning.
A living room with a large TV, a cozy 3-seater sofa, and a dining table.
A courtyard with a table, chairs, and an electric barbecue.
Air conditioning throughout the apartment.
Wi-Fi included in the price.
Bed linen and towels are provided (sheets, towels, dish towels).
Upon arrival, you’ll also find a complimentary starter kit (non-renewed) including:
Laundry detergent and cleaning products
2 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel
Sugar, tea, and coffee (1 dose per person)
Oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper
We are available 7 days a week via messaging, phone, and SMS.
