Nice and safe hotel for business

Convenient hotel with underground parking. Quiet area with no noise during the night. I got some issues with the door key and the invoice but the staff solved them with a smile and positive attitude. Really appreciated.

I am so glad after reading some really bad reviews about the Hotel I had originally booked that I was able to secure a last minute reservation at Le Drips....besides being a moderately priced beautiful Hotel with a stunning pool....it is literally a museum of Modern and Local Art.....We had spent almost a week in the gloom of Paris and some fellow travellers told us we would find lots of welcoming faces and a different attitude in Marseilles....boy howdy were they right....and it all started with Maylon and the other staff at Le Drips... Fabulous job.... professional and friendly....incredible stay!!!

I like that it was in a ok neibourhood even tough a homeless man was well installed on the stairs in front of the Hotel. The interior parking area is really dirty. Appreciated free shuttle to the beach and personal kidness and patience.

We only stayed one night. The hotel window looked out onto the road which was a bit noisy at night. Staff did not offer to show the pool or hotel areas when we arrived, in the morning the pool was closed for maintainance. Having the pool option was one of the main reasons why we chose the hotel.

Le Drip Hotel charged me a €150 deposit, stating it was a precautionary measure in case of potential damages. Upon checkout, everything was confirmed to be in order, and I was assured that the deposit would be refunded immediately. However, over a week has passed, and I have yet to receive my refund. Despite multiple attempts to contact the hotel, I have received no response. This lack of communication and delay in returning my deposit is unacceptable.

DO NOT BOOK! I am a world traveler, and I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. It started with being harassed at the front desk with their confusion over how many people were booked for the room. Then being shamed after we asked for more towels, and then refused to give more on the same day the towels were changed. The last straw was when I was checking out and they accused me of eating an extra breakfast (for my pregnant guest) which did not happen. Seriously who starts fights with their guests and then doesn’t even bother to apologize. The pictures are accurate. The building is hard to find and parking is difficult. Save yourself the stress and stay anywhere else!
