Cute location in Marseille

We loved the location ! A few stairs down the beach (I recommend a morning dip when all is quiet), a bakery nearby. Breakfast/dinner outside looking at the sea. Good spot if you want to visit downtown Marseille and the Calanques.15 mn from Pointe rouge ( a busier beach). Public transportation available. House was good for 2. Need refreshing but they know it. We loved it.

Lovely

This place is lovely! Beautiful views of the sea. It is a bit out of the city but accessible transit. There is a wonderful little bakery up the street that is delightful too!

Le Pescadou

Great location but impossible parking challenges on busy beach weekends. Access to Marseille easy with bus and water taxi service, however. Beach just under the property is delightful but crowded. Great for a morning swim. Awesome views - the real "cabanon" experience. Property as advertised and clean, however there were a few maintenance issues (kitchen overhead light didn't work, outside patio not swept, no hooks to hang clothes or towels in bedroom or bathroom, missing toilet paper holder, no plugs or bedside lamp on left side of bed, some minor holes in the walls, for example). Kitchen well equipped. WiFi worked fine. Good communication with property manager. Overall would recommend - but understand this is a cabanon in Marseille, not a 5 star hotel! We would rent again.

Très joli cabanon, très bien équipé. La petite terrasse permet de profiter d'une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer, nous avons particulièrement apprécié les couchers de soleil, juste en face !La situation un peu éloignée du centre de Marseille garantit un calme absolu, une réelle sensation de vacances au bord de la mer avec juste le bruit des vagues, tout en pouvant profiter en quelques dizaines de minutes en voiture de tous les charmes de cette belle ville qui étonne à chacun de ses quartiers !

LE PESCADOU "Le prix est uniquement justifié par la proximité de l'accès à une crique . La rue est totalement encombrée en journée et exiguë si bien que notre véhicule a d'ailleurs été endommagé . En termes de standing, si vous êtes regardant sur la qualité passez votre chemin ! Literie catastrophique et de très mauvaise qualité , mitigeur d'eau défectueux dans la douche (il nous a fallu un long moment pour comprendre que le mitigeur fonctionnait à l'envers pour l'eau chaude car on ne nous l'avais pas précisé , poignet de fenêtre fonctionnant à l'envers, porte d'entrée défectueuse , prises rares et la plupart ne fonctionnent pas, blattes rencontrées dans les sanitaires etc.) . Par ailleurs, l'angle de prise de vue des photos de la terrasse est trompeur. Vous ne disposerez que d'un tout petit espace, mitoyen avec les terrasses voisines ,séparées par un arbre. Les voisins traverseront par votre terrasse pour sortir. L'avantage : proche toutes commodités et proche des calanques etc."

Die Unterkunft lebt von ihrer Lage, die die direkt hoch über dem Meer liegt. Dazu kommen gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Hauptstraße in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr gut auch die Restaurants im Nachbarort. Die Unterkunft ist einfach eingerichtet. Es ist aber alles da um zu recht zu kommen. Mit dem Bus (auch direkt auf der Hauptstraße / 2 Min zu Fuß) braucht man ca. 25 Minuten bis ins Stadtzentrum ohne Umstieg. Gerne wieder.

LE PESCADOU Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in der für uns unbeschreiblich schönen Lage mit direktem Meerblick und Zugang zum kleinen Strand sehr genossen. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren gleich um die Ecke, was sehr angenehm war. Die interessante Stadt Marseille und die schöne Calanques sind super gut mit dem Bus erreichbar.

LE PESCADOU "Alles wunderbar Wie auf den Fotos. Es war sehr schön. Die Gegend ist sehr dörflich. Es gibt prima Bäcker und Metzger. Der kleine Supermarkt war leider wegen Renovierungsarbeiten geschlossen. Restaurants gibt es leider kaum in der Nähe, aber das läd zu wunderschönen Spaziergängen ein. Der Strand ist klein und schön. Viele Einheimische. Das einzige was einem klar sein sollte ist, dass man zum Appartement nur kommt wenn man über die Terrasse des Nachbarn läuft und das die angrenzende Appartements (2 stück) auf der anderen Seite entsprechend bei einem selber über die Terrasse laufen. Es sind insgesamt 4 Wohneinheiten die in einer Reihe liegend über einen Zugang zur Strasse verfügen. Uns hat das nichts ausgemacht. Deshalb auf 5 sterne :) Wir kommen wieder.! Es gab ein stromausfall in der Strasse. Die Agentur hat sich kommunikativ sehr bemüht. Der Schaden wurde behoben und wir bekamen eine kleine Gutschrift als Entschädigung ohne das wir dies verlangt hätten. Vielen Dank!"
