Lou Souvarel - Maison au calme proche calanques
Cocoonr offers you this attractive, contemporary single-storey house with a large garden to rent in Roquefort-la-Bédoule, ideally located near the village of Roquefort-la-Bédoule and the calanques of Marseille and Cassis. Enjoy the Provencal way of life in a peaceful residential setting. With a surface area of 102 m² and able to accommodate up to 6 travellers, it comprises a lounge, a dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, three shower rooms and a large garden. Bed linen and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided, and your bed will be made on arrival.
The accommodation comprises
- Living room with sofas, coffee table and TV
- A dining room with table and chairs
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, etc.
- Bedroom 1 with queen-size bed and en-suite shower room and WC
- Bedroom 2 with queen-size bed and shower room
- Bedroom 2 with queen-size bed and shower room with WC
Outside :
- Large 800 m² garden, perfect for relaxing, with table tennis table and Weber barbecue.
- The house has a heated swimming pool available from May to October.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: dishwasher, hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, etc.
The house is ideally located in Roquefort-la-Bédoule, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.
Area and activities :
- The house is close to the charming village of Roquefort-la-Bédoule.
- You'll have easy access to the magnificent calanques of Marseille and Cassis, ideal for hiking and swimming.
- Don't hesitate to contact us for further information on nearby activities such as hiking, boat trips, Provencal markets and cultural visits.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the surrounding streets, free of charge and with no time limit.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Gare de Marseille, about 30 minutes by car (26.2 km)
- Nearest airport: Marseille airport, about 41 minutes by car (47.6 km)
- Bus: Line 69 of the RTM bus network serves Roquefort-la-Bédoule and allows you to reach Marseille easily.

- Entirely non-smoking accommodation.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Parties and noise pollution are prohibited.
- Cleaning is included in your stay, and you will find 4* hotel quality linen at your disposal, with the beds made up on your arrival.
