## Emplacement
The 2nd district covers the oldest part of Marseilles, at the North of the Vieux Port (Old Harbour), also with the Panier district. This historical neighbourhood hosts the Grands Carmes City Hall. The various restaurants and grocery stores, the pedestrian streets and the colourful buildings give a typical feeling of this place, attracting the tourists.
