Bien dommage...

L’endroit est tranquille, jolie piscine, extérieurs bien équipés, mais… quel dommage que l’hôte soit aussi incorrect et désinvolte : ménage approximatif, AUCUN rangement dans les chambres (les armoires, penderies et tiroirs sont TOUS pleins à craquer de ses affaires personnelles), draps, taies et oreillers défraîchis et dépareillés, lits de jardin maculés de taches grasses. Une seule clé laissée pour 10 personnes. Et mauvaise foi assumée. Je regrette bien d’avoir dû lui laisser 360€ en espèces pour le linge et le ménage. Pour résumer, venez avec votre linge et avec du matériel pour ranger vos habits.

Tres bon weekend filles dans la jolie maison d'Isabelle ! La maison etait tres bien equipee, avec un super exterieur piscine et cuisine d'ete. Isabelle etait tres reactive dans l'echange Je recommande !

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un week-end entre amis dans la maison, elle est grande et bien équipée pour un groupe. Les extérieurs surtout sont très agréables! De plus nous étions proches du parc des Calanques et de Cassis pour visiter les environs magnifiques.

Good house but disappointed by host

The house itself was nice and the area is good. We had a lot of problems with the host's organisation and communication. The host cancelled our booking initially. They said this was an accident - it meant we lost our vrbo insurance money and lost money in the transaction. I re-booked it. A couple hours after paying, the host told us we hadn't booked the property. The host later said this was another mistake and we had in fact booked (this was quite stressful). The week before we arrived, we were informed there would be an extra cash in hand charge of 25 euros per bedroom for bedding. The day of arrival, the host was not good at communication and the last message we had agreed a time of arrival on was 15:30, however the host arrived 2 hours late. The host only started cleaning the pool after our arrival, and throughout our whole stay, the pool remained very murky. I messaged the host to ask if it was ok to use and they said it was fine but it was visibly dirty. On check out, the host got angry at us for not checking with them how to clean the pool again. The host arrived before the agreed check out time. Though we had cleaned and tidied the property, she was very angry that we had put plates away in the wrong cupboards. She was angry that the dishwasher was not emptied, despite leaving a written instruction to empty it before leaving. She insisted on walking round each room together. Very bad host experience and unlikely to use vrbo again due to this.

Maison avec superbe vue et piscine

On a passé un super séjour chez Isabelle ! La maison était conforme à la description, même si nous n'avions pas de photos de toutes les pièces (chambres). La terrasse extérieure est très agréable avec la piscine, la cuisine extérieure et la table pour dîner à l'ombre. Seul bémol est qu'il n'y avait pas de wifi quand on est arrivé, mais heureusement la 4G marchait bien. La ville de Cassis et les calanques sont à seulement quelques kilomètres pour faire des balades. Je recommande
