酒店環境佳，服務不錯
位置雖然不是最近地鐵站，而需步行15分鐘左右或可在地鐵站外坐公車可達。但酒店環境確實是不錯，酒店服務也周到。房間很大亦整潔，住得非常舒適，

Hitel muy recomendable
Hotel cómodo, bien ubicado, personal agradable y limpieza perfecta. En un enclave del Vieux Port que te ofrece unas vistas increíbles. Cómodo tanto si visitas la ciudad como si prefieres las playas. Totalmente recomendable

Great location between the Old Port and the coastal area along, with great views of the port and fort etc, and walking distance to everywhere. Great modern facilities with lovely outside bar terrace, pool, attractive foyer area etc. Staff were all so friendly, on the desk, at the bar, cleaning staff. Had standard room, was just fine although not great view - would go for the deluxe port view next time, and there will be a next time.

Vi fick aldrig någon barnsäng trots att vi bad om det. Rummets standard var väldigt låg och dammigt. Wi-Fi fungerande inte i vårt rum, enligt personalen var det bara så i det rummet.

Déçue de l'hotel : excentré du vieux port (tout au bout, à 15 min a pied du métro), chambres vieillotes, mal isolées, clim qui ne fonctionnait pas, ascenseurs minuscules. Le canapé lit était cassé et personne n'a eu l'idée de nous changer de chambre. Je n'y retournerai pas vu le prix, et surtout je ne le recommande pas. Seul point positif : le petit déjeuner qui n'était pas trop mal

Novotel Vieux Port Exellent
Room was spacious and kept very clean. Buffet breakfast was great. Lots to choose from. Location was excellent.Away from noise of busy tourist and business area, but within a 15 minute walk of them. Pool was very enjoyable - large with plenty of deck chairs. Great view of Marseille port from terrace. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent fitness facility -lots of exercise machines to work out on. Recommended for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Toller Ausblick auf den Hafen von Marseille. Der Hafen war schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Früstück war top. Mit dem Auto konnte man schnell in alle Richtungen fahren. Würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Very difficult to find this hotel at night, we were driving a vehicle and there was lots of construction. We arrived at 830 pm, parking was in a secure structure on the premise. Restaurant was not open but it was a 15 minute walk to the port with lots of restaurants. Room was average more like a 3 star. Walkable to everything in the city. Lots of basilicas and sightseeing.

Un accueil chaleureux, des collaborateurs de l’hôtel à l’écoute et agréable, mais un chauffage étouffant dans tout l’hôtel et particulièrement dans la chambre, qui ne permet pas de dormir dans de bonnes conditions et surtout donne à penser sur le manque de responsabilité concernant la transition énergétique.
