The young lady (who seemed quite new) on the reception desk was very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help, despite being honest that she was new and it might take a little time to sort a few things. Can’t ever fault anyone for their honesty as everyone has to start somewhere so thank you very much to her for making me feel so welcome. 」

「飯店在偏山區，但離市區不遠算方便，飯店整體很古色古香，房間有的角落會有蜘蛛網及小蜘蛛，但無傷大雅，房間寬敞舒適，服務人員相當親切，唯一缺點是沒有電梯，要搬行李走旋轉木梯是項挑戰，早餐好吃！」

「Room was amazing however breakfast was very disappointing the fried slice was extremely greasy the bacon was burnt the sausage was too spicy. I left most of it and so did the gentleman across from me and at £12 it’s an expensive throw away. 」
