「It was best option out of entire area. 」

「Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and they even made sure there were extra fans in the bedrooms for those of us who need a little extra noise at night. There were also a few games available as well to help keep the kids entertained. 」

「The "breakfast" was not true - apples, protein bars, apple juice and bad coffee.」

「The room didn’t have a phone, alarm clock, hair dryer, coffee pot, or any kitchen essentials as it was advertised as a kitchenette. Not too mention no breakfast was served on the site. Also we had to leave a day early due to the storm and gave plenty of notice and the man at the front desk said there was nothing he could do. The price was outrageous for a bed!!!! Won’t be back! 」

「This is a gem of a hotel! Our room was clean, breakfast was good. The ambiance of the hotel takes the win however!」

「The room was not ready. I checked in and received a key and went to my room - to find housekeeping and an open door. (The cleaner told me the man who checked me in thought a traveling nurse made the reservation and I didn’t look like one, he gave me a different room. He thought someone else was still coming for the other room. The one that I reserved and that WAS ready for me.) She seemed to have just started but said she’d only be a few minutes. After maybe 10 minutes, she went to get a vacuum...

「The casino was nice however I wasn't prepared for it to allow smoking. In Wisconsin ours are smoke free, way more pleasant. We didn't stay very long for that reason. Our room wasn't the cleanest. Very dusty, hadn't been thoroughly dusted in awhile. Needed a good vacuum and carpet cleaning. We stayed 2 nights and no one came to clean the room or freshen up towels. When we called for more towels and coffee packets they told us to come down and get them ourself. 」
