「This was our second stay here. We love the beautiful peaceful property. The pool was awesome and we also enjoyed the hot tub. We will be back!」

「Good location for the wedding and other family members」

「Lovely place, especially the wrap around deck that we enjoyed every day and night. Spacious 3 bedroom, so we each had our own bedroom since there was only 3 of us staying. It would accommodate 8 people though since there was 2 beds in the one bedroom. It was a perfect location. Walking distance to the Isle of Capri Casino and Main Street shops. Would definitely stay again.」

「Awesome place to stay in Sedalia, beautiful cosy home. Top notch host. Would definitely recommend and stay again.」

「We had a great stay at The Katy Rest Stop. The host provided all information (check-in process, check-in and check-out info, and procedures) in a friendly and timely manner. The host responded to questions promptly, too. The property was clean and well maintained. Since we have family in Sedalia, we’ll certainly consider using it again should the need arise.」

「Convenient location, prompt communication, all the comforts of home. Great beds. Lots of space. Better than a hotel in many ways.」

「The house is absolutely adorable! Everything was clean and organized and comfortable. I will definitely be staying there next time. I’m in Sedalia.」
