"I don’t understand the decent ratings for this place. I got there and there were no luggage carts in existence (I don’t believe they were just being used, I left at 6 am and there were none then either). The room itself was ok, but the vinyl flooring needed to be mopped, my feet got dirty from walking around barefoot. There was no shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom and no hair dryer either (although I was able to get one from the front desk). Bed sucked, it was hard and lumpy. The morning I was leaving, I went to get ice. Ice machine didn’t work either. I wouldn’t stay here again."

"When we first got to the room, there was loose candy and wrappers and other garbage on the floor and food in the chair, from the previous guests. It appeared the only cleaning of the room which had been done before our stay was to make the bed, replace trash can liners, and to quickly wipe down the surfaces and place a new bar of soap in the bathroom. "

"All employees were wonderful, especially the young lady taking care of the breakfast bar and who helped me with the coffee machine. The food was great, the area clean and the selection was satisfactory. The room was clean but smelled really musty, might want to check that out (rm 201). One last thing and I get it, but the designs on the blackout pulldown curtain made us both dizzy, something solid would be a lot better. Thanks for the memories!!!"
