We wish we could have stayed here longer! Everyone - from the front desk to the restaurant - was so pleasant and welcoming. Despite the weather, we enjoyed walking around the property and local area, and then feasted on a superb dinner. The breakfast buffet is exceptional!

The property is very easy to get to and right next door to a quick ferry over to the island. Parking is just across the street. The spa is wonderful!

A light and airy modern hotel with beautiful views from the restaurant and bar terrace area. The room was quiet and clean with everything we needed. Car charging is available at the hotel. Breakfast was excellent with an extensive choice.

Visited Marstrand for a family wedding. Stayed at Havshotel Marstrand. Great hotel with a really nice bar area overlooking the harbour. Close to the ferry and plenty of parking however there is a daily charge. The room was very small considering we booked for two adults and one child however the staff were excellent and very helpful.

Fantastiskt läge men slitna smutsiga rum

Fantastiskt fint läge alldeles vid havet med närhet till färjan. Resturangen har mycket god mat, och har utsikt över hela Marstrandsön och hamnen, jättefint. Frukostbuffén är nog den godaste jag ätit någonsin. Vänlig personal. Det enda som inte höll måttet var rummen, sängarna och städningen. Vi bodde i den äldre delen och både inredning och rumsstandard var väldigt nedsliten. Urdåligt städade. Under sängarna ett tjockt lager damm! Nerliggna sängar, mjuka som hängmattor. Tycker ändå att man kan förvänta sig mer med tanke på vad hotellet kostar. Tillgång till spa-avdelningen ingår heller inte i priset. Det kostar då ytterligare 400 per person för 2,5 timmars spa och då får man en slot-tid. Vi valde bort spa.

Tjusigt hotell

Stort, modernt hotell med bästa läget vid färjan till Marstrandsön. Fina utrymmen med restaurang, bar, sällskapsrum och ett SPA. Nära till en liten badplats. Parkering utanför 120:- dygnet. Frukosten var fantastisk.

2 dagars resa

Vistelsen började med lite strul vid incheckningen, men personalen fixade allt snabbt och med ett leende. Alla var väldigt hjälpsamma och trevliga, och en i personalen hjälpte oss till och med att fylla på luft i bildäcken, tack för det :) Hotellet var fint, utsikten helt fantastisk och frukosten riktigt bra. Ön var härlig och vi kunde verkligen slappna av. Vi rekommenderar och kommer absolut tillbaka!

Dåligt chefskap

Dåligt att hotellchefen går in och ändrar ett besked om ett husdjur, som tjejen i receptionen kollade med sin chef och det var ok. Det är dåligt chefskap att underminera sina mellanchefer. Det går heller inte att ange allergiskäl som motivering då hotellet utger sig för att vara husdjursvänligt.

Flott beliggenhet, flott service, tragisk lang tid fra bestilling til servering av middag (50 min.). Ble kompenser med gratis dessert og kaffe. Vanskelig med parkering grunnet strålende vær. God frokost!

Fint ophold, men fik anvist et værelse, hvor den ene sengelampe ikke virkede. Det viste sig, at de vidste det i receptionen uden at oplyse det. Der blev først lavet en midlertidig løsning dagen efter på vores foranledning. Irriterende for os som gæster at bruge tid på. Desuden var parkeringsanvisningen forvirrende. Det ville være godt med et oversigtskort, som også ville hjælpe personalet i receptionen. Ærgerligt at så fint et sted manglede at få så små men væsentlige detaljer på plads.

Fint rum med viss utsikt mot vattnet. Rent och fräscht men välanvänd möbler som var slitna. Extra sängen var hård till dottern som sov dåligt tyvärr. Frukosten var ok, rörigt och saknade en del. Vacker utsikt över vattnet ute på terrassen vid restaurangen.
