“Always good hear when we stay ”

“The staff was very hospitable and professional: Zied, Bisma, Miryam, Mohammed, and everyone else from the front desk to room service was top notch. Rooms were clean. The gym is amazing. Breakfast was satisfying. MFF Coffee House is comparable to a third wave cafe and I'm quite a coffee snob :) There are nice restaurants next to the hotel (especially Ala Turca) and a market as well. Overall a great pick for us because we had things to do in Tetouan.”

“Lugar muy bonito, hotel en buenas condiciones. Servicio aveces excelenre y aveces muy malo. El servicio de Spa de los peores que he visitado. Alberca muy pequeña para la cantidad de huéspedes.”

“Room was clean, little dated and needs upgrading since we are in 2026. The reception floor was nice with beautiful and amazing artisan Moroccan design and furniture. Love it! Breakfast was amazing featuring a variety of food including a traditinal soup, tea and mssamen + harsha made on site 10/10. Staff are amazing. Blue (big) taxis go by the hotel which u can take for around $0.50 to downtown or opposite direction to martil (famous tetouan beach). For same price u can take yellow (small)……

“Vivimos una experiencia encantadora. El hotel es muy nuevo, por lo que todo está en excelentes condiciones, el personal es muy amable y atento. Agradecemos al equipo de recepción que se ocupó de que nuestro paso por el hotel sea lo más confortable posible, preocupándose por cada detalle. El desayuno y el restaurante nos dejaron encantados por la variedad, calidad y excelente precio de su gran servicio. Muchas gracias a él gran equipo del hotel. Sin dudas, volveremos! ”

“The facility of the hotel is perfect, and the food served at the hotel restaurant is not bad either. It would have been even better had the staff members had better commend of English, though it would be asking a bit much since they already speak Arab, French and Spanish.”

“Rien à dire sur le service à la marocaine, la qualité des produits ou l’emplacement de l’hôtel Moins bien: le choix des alcools qui pourraient être meilleurs, la literie pas au niveau Pas bien: le massage de mon épouse était un massacre pour elle… elle avait le dos cassé après alors qu’elle avait demandé un massage de la tête et des pieds… la masseuse était novice et ne savait pas ce qu’elle faisait… Dommage et la direction n’a rien fait Enfin l’hôtel était en travaux en prévision de la haute……
