「这是我们20+天旅程中最满意的酒店，套房超大，房间温暖舒适，干净卫生厨房超大，阳台超大，窗外的秋色风景很好，套房内设施齐全，住得相当舒服，WIFI信号也很强，超赞。酒店离West Glacier不远，缺点是离超市较远，West Glacier的超市在我们去的季节不对外营业，要来年夏季才开门营业，我们要到20-30分钟车程的一个超市购物回来煮食，但总体来说还是非常满意的！」

「If I could give this place more stars, I would. We didn't meet an unfriendly staff member while we were there. They were all so great, and they made us feel so welcome. We had some trouble with our card because my number had been stolen the night before. They made sure that we were still able to check-in, and when we needed anything, they were extremely kind when bringing it to us. 「This was a super cozy cabin! Our host, Heather was quick to answer any questions we had. We enjoyed the location as it was equal distance to Big Fork and Kalispell. We spent a whole day at Glacier National Park and spent a lot of our time hiking to different lakes and trails with our two Labradors. Overall a great place to stay! 」

「Location was perfect for visiting West Glacier - super close to Park entrance. Everything was very clean. Hot tub was a nice benefit after walking/hiking. Sleeping spaces were comfortable. Kitchenette and bathroom were tight spaces but usable. Not a lot of room for 4 adults (one who was 5'6") but had a fun yard, fire pit, and great deck for chilling out on. Had lots of helpful maps and books. Close to many fun dining and grocery options. 」

「This was the perfect location for our honeymoon. It was close to everything we wanted to do, and also felt cozy and hidden. Owners and staff were phenomenal in communicating any issues or concerns. They provided many supplies from hair ties to an emergency supplies kit. We will look to stay at their properties in the future. 」

"Everyone, beware! This hotel is a scam. I booked a room for three of us through Expedia. When we arrived at around 9:00 pM, the front desk clerk rudely told me they only had rooms for two and I needed to book another room. I had already paid on the website. My phone had no signal, and when I tried to connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi, it wasn't working, so I couldn't prove I'd paid. I paid about $134, but the hotel only said I paid about $73 and needed to book another room. They asked for more money. After about five minutes of talking, they angrily said they were closed and kicked me out. I later contacted Expedia and emailed the hotel, but they didn't respond. They also didn't answer my phone calls. The last time they answered, they said I was already checked in. This was my first time encountering a scam hotel in the US. Be careful when booking with this hotel, and check other people's reviews online.MOTEL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY！！！！"
