「An expensive mistake met with appalling customer service. I was booking many hotels via Expedia for our month-long trip in France, and accidentally made a duplicate reservation for two rooms for two nights at Brit Hotel Dieppe through Expedia. I accept that the booking mistake was mine. What extremely disappointed me deeply was the handling of my request for help. When I spoke with the manager, she told me that because I had booked through Expedia, I needed to seek a refund from them....

「Excellent location, clean rooms friendly staff and the breakfast is worth it. Plenty of good restaurants close by. Easy straight walk to the station」

「Parfait」

「Goede plek, dichtbij Dieppe!」

「Bon accueil.

Gang sehr dunkel. Tür lässt sich nicht abschließen. Übernachtung abgebrochen und wo anders übernachtet. Nicht zu empfehlen. Leider das schlechteste Hotel während der Rundreise. Frühstück und Parken ok.」

「The staff were very polite and accommodating. We were able to stay in our room when our ferry time was changed. There was a lockup for our bikes. Breakfast was plentiful, with a variety of choices.」

「Great location and convenient to all highlights of Dieppe. Breakfast room was lovely, selection very good.」

「whilst the flat was spacious, central, and Dieppe was as lovely as ever, there were some issues; WiFi very poor kept dropping i suspect the whole property of flats were using it as no router in the flat No bedroom black out blinds despite web page saying there were making it a very light room all through the night and sleep very difficult no mention in description that the flat was on the 3rd floor and access was via an old spiral very tight staircase, if you are of limited mobility this is...

「Great stop off when travelling through France. Very nice room and good location」
