In the heart of the Valle d'Itria, inside the old medieval Martinese kingdom, there is the location of Nonna Annina.
After careful and careful restoration work, it portrays the right blend of modernity, comfort and elegance of the rooms, while retaining its timeless, exquisitely rural charm.
Our guests are offered the opportunity to experience a cultural stay, where you will be enchanted by the magical city of the Valle d'Itria Festival.
The location arranged in one level, with high vaulted ceilings (typical of the Martinese territory) with exposed stone and exposed walls, designed to accommodate a delicious atmosphere, for a relaxing stay and with the utmost attention to detail .
The tones of the furnishings take up the typical materials of the place in a completely modern version.
The location has a large bedroom of 20 square meters, with a characteristic bed in wooden platforms, with window, wardrobe and TV.
The entrance of the structure of about 10 square meters arranged in a high vaulted star with exposed stone, with dining area, fridge with fresh water for our guests, electric oven, washing machine and iron.
Kitchen with 2.5 ml top, with double tub, two-burner hob, all you need to prepare lunch or dinner, coffee machine, with coffee, herbal tea, ginseng and barley, brew milk to prepare an excellent cappuccino, almonds and oil of our property.
The bathroom is another gem of ours, made from a stone basement, optimizing the space to the fullest: shower with stone bench, vase, bidet and sink.
They could not miss the location: shower towel, set of tablecloths, soap, bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
For the winter period it is equipped with radiators to heat the hearts of our guests.
The location is protected by iron guards, entrance door and windows, to ensure even more security to our guests, also throughout the structure you can use the free Wi-Fi service.
Nonna Annina is the result of the perfect synthesis of the elegance of the furnishings and the historical architectural details
