Spacious with complete privacy, but some things to be aware of

Great spacious house, especially the bathroom and open plan living area, and with complete privacy.* The two gates to open/close every time you come/leave I'm ok with, especially since it was mentioned.* The lack of WiFi and TV (unless you use your data) I’m ok with, but it should be made clear in the listing.* The gravel road I'm ok with, because it's kinda obvious.- However, if staying in summer, the house really needs air conditioning (like a heat pump) - even with the windows open it was uncomfortably hot.
