Because Ellstone is a big house a minimum of 4 guests for $320 (excludes Bookabach fee) is a requirement. A private sunroom with pullout couch is included in these numbers as is the lounge with room for 2 stretcher beds plus a sofa bed in kitchen area. ELLSTONE is a spacious farm house with all the comforts of home offering 3 ensuite rooms,3 living areas (1 can be used for sleeping)plus , Sunroom with pullout sofa. 2 log fires, plus heat pump. Private outdoor Spa (only onlookers sheep, or cattle) and large sunny decks. Peace and beauty abound on this 900 acre sheep and cattle farm. Beautiful views of rural Wairarapa from the top of gentle rolling hills. A great walk .A short drive to Vineyards, Restaurants, Golf Course and Brackenridge. 4km drive from the Square. Linen is NOT included. Plenty of duvet inners, and pillows provided. (*I will supply 2 towels per person, for an extra $10 per person to cover laundry cost. If you need sheets and pillowcases as well, an extra $5 each, so $15 extra per person for all linen. This can be paid for direct to my bank account number. Ellstone can sleep 14 if you are prepared to share! PLEASE NOTE THAT BOTTOM AND TOP SHEETS,PILLOWCASES AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. You need to bring your own unless prior arranged as above * Ellstone is a working farm, activity can sometimes be operating closeby, and the private self contained flat may be occupied. Your privacy is assured.
