「This is a great place for a couple to stay in Alameda. The cottage is beautifully appointed, quiet, and within easy walking distance of the Park Street shops. Safeway and Trader Joes are a five minute drive away. The adjoining gardens, which guests are free to use, are lovely. The cottage comes supplied with all the basics. We stayed there for 10 days and would definitely come again. John and Arthur were gracious hosts.」

「We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Mill Valley! It was a perfect location, and very spacious for our 7 member family. The kitchen was fully equipped with whatever was needed: plenty of dishes, etc., appliances, etc. The house was impeccably clean and so comfortable.Our only issue was that the pull-out couch in the porch bedroom was very uncomfortable. We did manage a work-around though.」

「Overall this property served its purpose. The area was a little rough around the edges but the location was convenient for getting both to Berkeley and San Francisco. The property was is some need of repairs. The gas dryer was not connected to gas and didn’t have any heat, the kitchen was functional but some of the cabinets were falling apart. The beds were comfortable and the space was ample for our group of seven.」
