「The place was very nice and welcoming. They provide a complimentary bottle of water along with coffee and tea in the room—I especially loved the tea set. The staff at the reservation desk were all very kind and professional. I’d like to highlight a young lady and a gentleman from Haiti, both of whom were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Anytime I called, they quickly provided whatever I needed. Overall, excellent service and a pleasant stay! 」

「I stayed there for 7 nights. There was a used soap when I first moved in. The AC is freezing cold and can't adjust. I saw hairs several times in the towels. The pillow is too low. I won't say it's a good experience staying there.」
