Steps to private ocean beach, Beautiful Nantucket style condo, sleeps 4 comfortably with pull out queen sofa bed, fully applicanced kitchen, private patio for morning coffee or afternoon relaxing. Restaurants, shopping, library, movies, golf and much more within a 10 minute drive.
Steps away from the beach, the Popponesset Inn and Market Place.
Maushop Village is a private beach community located in New Seabury. The Mashpee police maintain a guard at the entrance of the village to restrict beach access to non-residents. There is a no pet policy for renters or guests that is strictly enforced.The home is smoke free...non smokers only.

It was nice and it had everything we needed. Great location to the beach. The air conditioning was also nice to have. Our only complaint would be that it had a musty smell and the shower curtain had mildew on it. However, overall our stay was pleasant. Aimee ONew York

Very nice place and community. Enjoyed the beach not the stairs but good for the legs. Ate at the Popponesset Inn and the Marketplace and seafood was excellent. Mashpee Commons also a good place to eat and shop and close by. Will be coming back.

Lovely Rental

We enjoyed our stay at 3 Flying Cloud. It was bright and clean. The one thing we felt was missing was ample closet space and drawer space. Pack accordingly! You will enjoy your time in this delightful condo.

Lovely Quiet Retreat walk to Private Beach

We enjoyed our week! Beautiful condo with all the things we needed. So close to the beach and loved the trails and the Marketplace as well. Neighborhood was peaceful and just what we were looking for to relax and rejuvenate!

Beautiful location

Maushop Village is a charming and beautiful location in New Seabury. Loved the beach, marketplace and walkability of this development. However our condo unit was very tired looking, dirty and in much needed repair of rotting wood and uncomfortable furniture, especially the bed mattress. TV didn't work upon arrival, but was fixed by the landlords brother in a timely manner. This unit definitely needs some updates and TLC. Would absolutly stay again in Maushop but not in this condo.

Relaxing extended weekend girls trip

Overall the property is cozy, clean and met allOf our needs. We did have an issue with cable/internet but it was resolved the next day. The location is perfect to everywhere that we wanted to go. It was our first girls trip away this year and we would love to make it an annual thing!

Short walk to nice private beach (shared by neighborhood) that never felt crowded. A/C worked well. Kitchen tight but worked fine and well equipped. Nice to have a dining room. Comfortable furniture.

Fall getaway

Great property in great location on Cape Cod. 30 min drive for ferry to Nantucket. 2 minute walk to Beach within neighborhood. Cozy and quiet. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Cute, clean little house. It was a pleasant stay, in a nice area. Only suggestion would be to add a full-length mirror, but this is a comfortable place that we heartily recommend.

Perfect house in perfect location

This condo is perfect for a week away, is a minute walk from a private beach and comes with a built-in friendly community, restaurants, shops and mini-golf. Everything you need is provided so all you have to do is relax and enjoy. We hope to return next year

Great Property

My small family of 4 stayed at this property for a week and had a great time. It's a great location, the property has everything needed for a family of 4 including items for the beach. It's a quick walk to the marketplace and beach. Close driving to the Mashpee commons. We will definitely be booking this property again and again.

Really Nice stay. Very fun and friendly environment very close to the beach as long as you can walk with all your stuff your appliances and overall environment could use a little updating, it may be a few extras to help those who are more senior if that’s needed, but still a five star and a five star experience.

Perfect seaside getaway

Even during a rainy weekend, the cozy space was perfect for a weekend retreat. Quiet, comfortable, with amenities all very close by (within 15 minutes) it was a perfect mix of rural & convenient.
