“I booked on Expedia 11 months in advance and requested a joining rooms with the other room I booked. Called the property at the time also and then called the property a week in advance confirming. One room was booked with a joining rooms capabilities but the other on a different floor. They were able to move us to the same floor but still not the same. Clearly with a little planning we could have been accommodated since the people on the other side of the a joining room didn’t request it.”

“This was the first hotel room I have stayed in, for a long time, that had easily accessible electrical outlets! And plenty of them! In this technical day and age, we have Cpap machines, chargers for phones, watches and tablets - and who knows what else and this room was set up very well to accommodate them all! I had requested an accessible room - mainly to insure I had handrails in the bathtub, and it was set up very well - if I had been a wheelchair customer, this would have been an easily……

I had fresh towels everyday but garbage was not taken out day to day, Kleenex was not refilled after running out, paper coffee cups were not replenished day to day. the bed spread and blankets were pulled up but the bed was not "made". These are all something we are used to from other hotels but was not a "requirement".”

“The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. He moved a fily with a barking dog to a different part of the hotel. He also, when we had trouble with the remote for the TV came and helped us manage finding TV stations.”
