Sehr saubere und schön ausgestattete Zimmer. Das Badezimmer war schön groß und der Zimmerservice beziehungsweise die Reinigung war super. Am Zimmer hatten wir wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Wir hatten mehr Blick und Doppel Deluxe Zimmer. Was mich gestört hat, war, dass ich überhaupt keine Internetverbindung hatte. Also das WLAN hat nicht funktioniert und das Frühstück war sehr Kohlenhydrat lästig. Man hatte kaum Gemüse oder Salat Variationen. Es war sehr wenig Auswahl und kein gesundes Frühstück.

The hotel is generally nice. A little dated and needs some maintenance, but nice staff and excellent breakfast. We were disappointed that our sea view room, was more partial sea view than sea view…so be aware.

The staff was amazing however the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The hotel did not provide a shuttle and the buses stopped going down to the pier at a certain time. Taxi’s add up really quickly. The taxis overcharge as well due to location. I wish I would have stayed closer to Sorrento.

The setting was perfect, with picturesque views of the sea from our balcony. The staff was all accommodating and always there to help with a smile. The room was faultless, clean and tidy. You couldn't ask for more.

Beautiful, quiet area and nice facility. Good restaurants nearby and nice complimentary breakfast. Location is challenging. We thought it was in Sorrento, but it is 20 mins away. Taxi expense added up quickly to and from Sorrento, so wouldn’t stay here again because of that reason. Not convenient at all. Recommend if you want to be away from the city.

Great location at the water's edge in vey quiet little town with marina and boat service to Capri out your front door. Marilisa and family were cheerfully helpful and able to speak English. Loved our stay.

Once you worked out the bus timetables you could plan you stay. Even with a limited choice, it was one of the best breakfasts we had had on our Italy trip. Bed was a bit hard. There was no lift.

Nice area-Hotel directly on the Sea

This is the perfect location if you want to have one home base while traveling. The hotel is located on the ocean with a marina. Easy to walk to the beach area (will need beach shoes) and also to the marina to Sorrento, Amalfi Coast, and Capri. You can also take the local bus which comes right to the area as well (except on Sundays). There are restaurants and small market areas directly in town. Angelo's was the best - and the family was very accomodating with whatever needs you might have. They do lunch and dinner and will make sandwiches for the beach. You can also stock up for things you might need in the room-water, beer, etc. The hotel itself is very basic and runs like a residence. It is very clean, and the beds were very firm, but comfortable. Josephine will take care of you for breakfast-light continental- and she is also the housekeeper. She is lovely and very helpful as well. There is lost of "walking and climbing stairs" to get out of town. Also anywhere in Italy as well. So bring comfortable shoes and enjoy this beautiful country. Ciao

Budget hotel by seaport

Hotel was extremely loud with thin walls. Can hear neighbors talking to feet stomping in stairwells. Located in semi residential area by seaport with a couple of restaurants and nothing more. Was searching for quiet and peace but got the opposite. Staff were professional. Room was clean but bed was rock hard. Good if you don't mind budget style hotel.

Great location looking over the marina...

Masse Lubrense is a small waterside hamlet about 15mins (by car) from Sorrento. A great place to launch for trips to Amalfi and Capri, a little out of the way if you don't have a car but there is the bus! The harbour is lovely to view all day long but particularly nice at sunset and there are a few little restaurants right around you. The main square is also nice about a 15min walk up quite a lot of stairs or a short bus ride. We didn't have a room with a view so that was a bummer. Wish they had offered to give us one as there were ones available, but didn't happen.

Nice hotel with views of the Marina

A nice place to stay particularly with a balcony room overlooking the marina and the bay. Once you find it you will enjoy the charm of a small village with a couple of really nice restaurants and great walks along the waterfront. The ferry to Capri docks just two minutes walk from the hotel. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend this as an alternative to the bigger towns like Sorrento.
