Mixed experience

On one hand, I could say that this place was charming, quaint, and full of character. On the other hand, I can also say that it's very dated and in disrepair. It has a lot of potential that is unfortunately wasted. The only modern convenience is rather slow Internet. You will probably be awakened by the downstairs neighbors. Advice: Fix the stove. Fix the dishwasher. Install a shower door. Unclog the drains. Replace the microwave. I expected somewhat more attentiveness from the local property liaison. Lastly, the cleaning fee is quite excessive, and requiring that to be paid in cash is burdensome.
