"The property was very well maintained. Great communication with the host. We found a very friendly tricycle driver that was readily available at a drop of a text. Alfa mart is just a 1 minute or less walk if you need something. Minor details, need a few more towels and sharper knives. But all in all we made due. Air conditioning worked great. "Location of the hotel is perfect especially if you want to sightsee in Tagaytay as well as great food places within walking distance. Pool was very nice and had sun loungers which we used. Communication with the staff wasn’t the greatest, prior to booking I had sent messages and no replies. During our stay, we had to call the front desk numerous times for laundry service, which we used and paid extra for same-day service. However one of our trousers were completely stained with yellow after receiving our clothes from the laundry service, which we then followed up with the front desk who stated they were following this up on multiple occasions with no outcome. The laundry staff stated the stain was due to pen ink, however this was clearly not the case as it was multiple large yellow/orange stains (prior to this there were no stains). The next day and our check out day, they attempted to fix and get the stains off the trousers however the trousers were the same and they gave the trousers back wet. No refund or compensation for this incident was given."
