「Out of all the Condos available to rent, this one by far is in the best location. End of the street on the corner with the beach trail directly behind the house, and close, easy access to the pond. Anne was fantastic and the house was adorable and spacious. The only bad thing was the swarms of mosquitoes that made it impossible to leave the house without being covered in clothes or bug spray. That being said a local let us know they are not usually that bad and they came after the recent storm....

「It is a nice, clean family type atmosphere There really weren't too many kids ( schools not out yet) so we had the nice , clean large pool too our selves at times. Very relaxing. It is close enough to town if you want something to do or there are food truck type eating places that are excellent . Its a great get away from hustle and busle and walk along the ocean not being over crowded.」

「Bobbie &Matt were excellent hosts, allowing us to set up last minute accommodations for my wife's 60th birthday getaway. The home is in a great location near the beach and close to enough to town for any last minute things we needed from Stanleys. The house was clean, neat and the house was well stocked with everything necessary for a great stay. We come to Matagorda often and will check their availability again. Take care, till next time!」

「The house is gorgeous. New amenities, great location. There are chairs for the beach provided, a bbq pit, fully stocked kitchen and great outdoor space for hanging out. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable beds! Kids room slept 5 kids comfortably. We had little kids and they loved the bunk beds. Loved the everything about this house and since this is an annual family trip for us, we definitely plan to book again.」

「I had an incredible stay at this beach house! The location is absolutely stunning, with direct access to the beach. The house itself is spacious, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. The large windows provide breathtaking ocean views, especially during sunrise and sunset. The amenities were just right, from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable bedrooms. Relaxing on the private deck while listening to the waves was pure bliss. The owner was also very responsive and accommodating....
