The property is beautiful!! Check in was a challenge as they wanted us to use the Riu App which did not work for us. Finally we received physical key cards. Our room was also lovely. Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss when it came to re-stocking towels. Sometimes we were only given two bath towels ...

It is old and shows it. Our room had bugs from outside they came in around the unsealed door both side and underneath. Only 2 restaurants. Main redo was buffet and food was the same each day. Had to fight the flies for the food. Indoor restaurant was reservation only in the evening, really good food ...

Excellent location. Pool is clean and convenient and was very quiet. Breakfast excellent. Girls at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Extremely good value. Would definitely stay here again.
