Some cons were that the hot tub was cold (maybe not on), the card scanner on the gate to the beach access was not working so we just had to……

“The location of the property is very centrally located. Not far from the beach. Unfortunately our neighbors fought all night long. Screaming, cussing, slamming things . They want you to wash your dishes here and take out all the trash,even though we paid hundreds of dollars for the cleaning they do after . They gave us one towel each for 5 days . So we had to use the Washateria down the street to wash towels since the property doesn’t have a washer. There is a cute coffee shop below.”

“The building was very old, under construction and very unsafe. There were pieces of the building hanging from 15 -20 ft in the air blowing in the wind that had Rusty Nail sticking out of it, directly over the handicap spot we chose we had to park in another area. The building did not have working fire alarms which is totally against the city fire code when people are inhabiting the building. The rental itself had a smoke alarm that kept beeping every minute all night which prohibited sleep.……
