「Property has been decorated to a very high standard. Car park easy to find and access. Very central location. Easy access despite no front desk, just a code emailed to access the car park and room. Higher numbered rooms are quite a walk up a lot of stairs though. Would pay a bit more for a lower floor next time. Called to ask if we could leave the car on the Carpark a little later than midday, and they were happy to help as the rooms weren’t at full occupancy the next night. 」

「Roy was the manager on duty when we checked in and out. He helped carry one of our suitcases to our suite! He was awesome and helped out with some local areas to dine and visit. The suite was excellent, slippers and a robe waited our arrival, along with coffee, hot chocolate, tea and milk. Was very clean and a comfortable kind size bed. We loved it.」

「The only issue was the overwhelming smell of smoke when you enter the apartment. The actual property was great for what we were looking for. Close to the centre of Cheltenham, walking distance to lots of restaurants and plenty to do. 「Location was different to what's on the map (it's right next door to the New County Hotel). The apartment was lovely though, looks like it's been recently refurbished and was very clean and comfortable. 「We had a wonderful stay at this charming and unique coach house. Everything was just wonderful, all the MOD cons, wonderful, shower and comfortable beds not to mention cozy fireplace. 「This pictures honestly don’t do this place justice… a stunning and spacious home with some beautiful details. 「Lou’s view was a very comfortable cottage which suited our needs whilst we were there for a couple of days. The only thing that I feel that needs to be considered to be updated is the shower in the grey bathroom as the hot/cold water knob didn’t turn so we felt the water was tepid. 「I stayed in the farm for 3 nights with my partner. The Annexe has everything you need and is perfect for a quiet and relaxing gateway trip. Having breakfast in the garden was definitely a highlight! Arthur, the owner, came to greet us the first morning and was very kind. They also provided us with a Welcome letter which was very helpful when looking for places to eat. The only cons is that the bathroom is a bit tight, specially the shower - I'm a tall woman- but I'd definitely recommend this...

「Was informed 3 days before stay that we would be staying in a different house to listing, which for us was ok. Clean bedding, comfortable beds. However the house although wasn't filthy it wasn't clean. The whole place looked like a family had just "popped out".
