1 Bed Studio in Two Dales, Near Matlock & Bakewell

The Studio is a converted outbuilding nestled in the outskirts of the Two Dales, Derbyshire. The Studio is within walking distance from the Peak District National Park and is perfectly positioned with many popular destinations and attractions nearby- Chatsworth house and Haddon Hall both only about a 10 minute drive away. For walkers, there are a number of walks, both long and short, right on your doorstep - including to Chatsworth house.

Inside The Studio, you will find a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom area that contains a king-size bed, and a sitting room area that has Freeview, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Fast Wifi, and UHD TV. Outside, there is a small seating area.

Well-behaved dogs welcome, however, they cannot be left unattended in The Studio

There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

House Rules:
- No pets on the furniture.
- Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out is 10 am.
- Smoking is not allowed inside The Studio.
- Pets are allowed at the property.
- Dogs cannot be left unattended and we ask that they be on lead outside the Studio as we have no dog secure gated area that is free from the cats and other animals wandering into.
- No parties / late-night music.

There are lots of places to eat nearby, including several that will deliver.

Please note:
- The studio is open plan living, therefore, we do not have a dining table. Lap trays are provided. The outside table can be bought inside if desired.
- We recommend using the Google pin [that will be emailed to you the week before your stay] to find us, as our postcode covered a wide area.
