Close to JR Ayase station, although a bit far from Tokyo or Shinjuku such shopping area.
Concerning the price, its okay.

"There’s some good shops nearby. Rooms are clean, and staff were friendly. There’s only one thing maybe affect some people, that’s a bbq restaurant across street, smoke comes out around dinner time. No smell in the hotel"
