"New hotel, great facilities with friendly and speedy service. Rooms are clean and tidy. I love the vacuum machine, free to use it to solve the packing problem.
The only comment is on the laundry, ¥600 for 30mins washing is way too expensive, other hotels are usually free on washing but charge only on drying.
Another suggestion is on the opening hour if public bath, it would be better if it can be extended to 2am instead of 12am."
