“Great stay! After some rude customer service at other motels, the excellent customer service was refreshing. Very friendly and helpful. Everything in the room worked well and toiletries were provided. Even the laundry room was surprisingly clean and worked well. The front desk staff sold me quarters to use in the machines. Would stay again.”

“We stayed at the Quality Inn in Laramie for one night while passing through Wyoming. The property is a bit dated and could use some updates, but our room was clean, and the beds were comfortable with fresh, clean linens. The complimentary breakfast was decent for a continental breakfast and had enough options to get the day started. For the price we paid, we felt it was a good value. “Really average, not so clean but ok. And I reserved 2 rooms and Hotels.com told me that I had fully paid. But we only have 1 room when we arrived. Until now, Hotels.com didn't give a refund.”

“We arrived on a graduation weekend with no ability to move. There was no key or card to lock our door. The manager had left two days before. My husband had a toxic reaction to chemicals used in the room. They said they would reimburse us for the next night we had paid for. We haven’t heard anything.”

“This is not a hotel - it's a long term stay for people in need. All the surrounding areas were littered with dog poop. The linens were dirty - the top sheet had a crusty spot that i didn't want to venture into imagining what it was from. Disgusting! They changed them to a different crumbled sheet that looked just as dubiousn but without the spot on it. When they were changing the sheets, an insect came out from under the pillow and the maid just whipped it out of the bed saying its not a……

“The hotel was ok. Older, but clean. Staff friendly. I gave 3 stars because we didn't have hot water. I took my shower the evening we got there. I set water in center for temp it was cold. I let it run awhile, still cold. Kept adjusting hotter until I couldn't go any further. Room temperature. Guess I'm taking a cold shower. It did get a tad warmer by the end but it should have been scalding where I had it. Maybe others are taking the hot water, husband took one early in morning. Still cold. We……
