Our holiday park is located at a unique location at the water with its own marina and/or moorings. That means ultimate enjoyment! At our park you can choose to stay in a cosy, modern and compact house or a sustainable and comfortable villa. Nature, luxury and water (sports), you will find it all at our park, that will be a wonderful holiday!
Of course the best is to fully enjoy and relax at your holiday house, but we also understand that you want to get out and about. Good news; there is plenty to do around in the Netherlands. For example, visit the pleasant village of Maurik and stroll through the streets. Or take a lovely walk or bike ride at the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. Of course, an afternoon of sailing cannot be missed in our water landscape; the Betuwe is the perfect location for this! In short, you certainly don't have to be bored. Due to the unique location, abundant facilities and tranquility you will immediately experience a wonderful holiday feeling!

Nestled on an island, these homes provide a return to basics, yet are fully equipped with everything you need for a memorable stay. Compact and modern, they offer the perfect setting to immerse yourself in the stunning surroundings. Located at the tip of a peninsula and surrounded by water, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the Nederrijn, two marinas, several beaches, and a distant island. It’s a tranquil and exceptional location, allowing you to truly reconnect with each other during your stay.

An added benefit is the sustainability of these homes, ensuring that you can enjoy a responsible and guilt-free vacation. Inside, the high ceilings and large windows create an airy, spacious feel while offering views of the water. The ground floor features a cozy, modern living area with a stylish couch, an armchair, a coffee table, a dining table for two, and a flat-screen TV. The compact kitchen is equipped with a cooktop, fridge with freezer, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and all necessary items for two people. The bathroom, with a shower, sink, and toilet, is also located on the ground floor.

Upstairs, you'll find a sleeping loft with a double bed, accessible by fixed stairs. Outside, step onto the beautifully designed hardwood patio and enjoy the garden with a table, two garden chairs, and a hammock with a stand. If you bring your boat, the harbor is just a short walk away, offering direct access to the Nederrijn.

These accommodations are smoke-free and come with Wi-Fi. Parking is available approximately 100 meters from the property.

Nearby historic towns like Wijk bij Duurstede, Tiel, and Buren add a cultural touch, each with its own unique heritage, festivals, and cozy cafes. For those seeking larger natural reserves, the lush Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park is a short drive away and ideal for hiking.  Arrival and Departure:Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.Guests are asked to return the key at the designated location upon departure.
Booking Requirements:Bookings are confirmed upon advance payment, with final payment required before arrival.Weekly rentals are mandatory during peak holiday periods; otherwise, daily arrivals are allowed, except on Sundays.
Accommodation Rules:Overnight visitors must be registered in advance. Additional charges for bed linen and tourist tax may apply.Youth groups and parties are not permitted.Business stays or reservations are available on request and subject to approval.
