「Toilet, shower floor, sink badly stained from years of use. Wood floor coming up. Missed cleaning areas of soap scum in shower stall and dirt on windows. Heat is not controlled by room thermostat. Bedding was clean. Breakfast was OK Staff is used to the issues and we got a blank stare when we mentioned the issues. Hotel needs a refurb.」

「Ein wunderschönes sauberes Hotel. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und komfortabel. Absolut empfehlenswert.」

「The location was excellent, staff were very polite and helpful, but the mattress was desaster, middle of the mattress was sunk, we woke up with back pain despite of complaining and the promise they made to take care of it they didn’t and my friend is still suffering from back pain.」
