“I stayed at this property from 3/23/23 to 3/28/23 when i was on my way to rhe property i called owner to meet us whoever answered was very rude and not customer service friendly then i was given a number for house manager who saved the day Mr. Anderson was the best great customer service he immediately came to meet me i was so angry and tired but Mr. Anderson made me smile. “After a handful of stays here, this definitely feels like a home away from home. If you're looking for a traditional hotel experience with typical hotel amenities, this may not be the spt for you (although it still may be - they have god wifi, TVs, a proper full kitchen, a pool and an onsite restaurant), but I will stay here every time I visit the Kingston area due to the good energy, friendly communication, beautiful property and location, the yummy breakfast - and the proximity to the things I……

“The pre-check in experience and connection to the Property manager was thorough and efficient and let you know what to expect upon arrival. Property Manager was great in laying out the property features and surrounding area. The location was walking distance from supermarkets, banks, eating locations etc. For those it pertains to, the US Embassy is also within walking distance. Community is gated so the added security benefit is there.”

“The property is well kept, the atmosphere relaxing, but most of all I felt very safe. The communication level however at first could've been better. The agent that I spoke with was very apologetic and very professional and courteous. Overall my stay was excellent. I'll recommend it to anyone seeking a quiet place away from home for a couple of days”

“First time we stayed here in March water went away for 4 hours. We are back and they installed a backup system. These folks care about giving the guest a good experience and it shows. We will go back next year.”

“The property was double booked the first two days leaving us without a place to stay. The property manager said he booked another place when we got there that was also not available. We spent several hours late in the evening until we were finally able to get a temporary booking. Communication was extremely poor overall it was hard initially to get a hold of the property owner although we had paid in advance our accommodations was not available first two days. ”

“If you are thinking about staying here, don’t think about it too much JUST BOOK! It has absolutely everything you possibly need. Nearby to good restaurants, clubs, supermarkets, gas stations etc. Debbie and Kevin are such a great host... she has a lot of patience to explain everything you need to know, she answers quickly whenever you email the property and also she will help you find places to visit if you don’t have an idea of what you want to do while you are in Kingston. “Very good stay, clean, comfortable and quiet apartment. The location was also a big bonus. This apartment is across street for the Pegasus, Marriott and the Emancipation park. The cost was a fraction of a room at the Marriott. Mark the manage was very helpful as well. It is worth giving this apartment a try.”
